There has been a line for hours for days and they do nothing about it. Very inefficient. It is urgent that they open Villalta branch to help with the load.

This branch in particular has good service and customer service. Something I appreciate is that I can usually make quick moves without wasting a lot of time.

Terrible service from the executives. They take too long to serve you. I won't return to this branch. They only make you get in a bad mood with such slow service.

The entire service is super slow and they also leave you waiting for about half an hour if you don't have an account with them, I was in a hurry, about six people passed by before me just because they did have an account at the bank, super bad. The treatment of the employees is normal and friendly but really if you don't have time they take a long time.
